Embracing mindful connection & its transformational power

Serge Prengel and Bruce Nayowith explore the power of mindful human connections and their vital role in personal growth. They discuss how delight within meaningful interactions can foster self-improvement, highlighting both its uplifting potential and its possible dark side.

Serge Prengel and Bruce Nayowith have been exploring the shared field of connection, each on our own, together, and with our friend/colleague, the late Bruce Gibbs.

Serge Prengel helps people develop proactive mindfulness in therapy and in life. He is a therapist in private practice and teaches in the Integrative Focusing Therapy training program. He wrote The Proactive Twelve Steps: A Mindful Program For Lasting Change.

Bruce Nayowith, MD, is a lifelong student of processes that support individual and collective emergence. These include mindfulness, depth psychology, whole-brain education, Focusing, and several forms of “shared nervous systems” processes such as Constellations and co-presencing.
