We invite you to discover meditation as a living process that helps us navigate the pressures of life. We describe how this process involves engaging with our experience in a fundamentally different way, moving from rigid control to organic presence through stages that unfold naturally. We hope that this stimulates your curiosity to pay attention to what meditation is like for you.
This is a conversation between Serge Prengel (host of this site) and Alexandra Pfohlmann.
Alexandra’s work centers on helping people discover a deeper trust in direct experience and embodied knowing. Drawing on more than 25 years of practice in the Tibetan contemplative tradition, as well as Focusing, existential analysis, and body-oriented approaches, she explores how presence, resonance, and compassion can emerge naturally in response to the challenges of life. She lives in Lower Bavaria (Germany).
