Comments from Merete Dec 3:
what was invisible becomes visible – you can talk about the
resistance between hands when activating the back side – and also that what happens is that muscle groups get activated
I removed that video but included the comment about the hands in video 2 on this page (contact & interaction).
Feeling stronger, safer – you describe the process of getting more
energy into hypo-muscles. There is also a hyper-version. For more people to feel included I think we need to get that different in as I suggest in nr 2.
I removed that video. I did not address your comment in a new video. We can record a video of you talking about it, or you can tell me later and I will record it.
Neuroception – bringing Porges and ANS in. I think we benefit from
exchanging about when to bring in theory about muscles and theory about nervous-system.
I bring up ANS & PV. Theory in Session 6 (still a very rough video that I need to redo and expand on).
No magic – I would add words like empowerment – better orientation
capacity – and with that ability to make better choices
YES. I will redo this video.
Safety and threat – I would add the suggestion of using the experiments in situations where it is easy – so they get automated before trying to use them while in challenging situations. Maybe challenge is a better word than threat.
YES. Let’s talk about suitable situations.
How about a case-example again? I like that idea.
YES. We can record a video of you talking about it, or you can tell me later and I will record it.
NOTE:
I removed 2 old videos and replaced them with the first 3 videos on this page (new content).
The last 3 videos on this page are just there to briefly describe the concept. I will redo and expand them.
The video below is a very rough description of what the video would be about:

Note to Merete: We can also add experiments in opening up, and in making others feel safe and welcome.
