Felt sense: Mindful, moment-by-moment experience

"How are you?" This seems like such a simple question. And yet most of us find it very difficult to answer it. Not just because this phrase is usually meant as a way to say hello, as opposed to being a real question.

Try it, right now. You are probably finding it difficult to answer, even if you take it as an actual invitation to sense inside, to notice how you are actually feeling right now. So you probably come up with something like "Fine", or "Nothing unusual".

Here is a video about how to get in touch with your moment-by-moment experience of life. Amazingly enough, as you shift from being somehow cut-off from yourself... within moments you can regain a sense of aliveness and well-being.

The video lasts a total of 8 minutes.
